The Marlon Abela Restaurant Corporation (MARC Bistro Du Midi) was founded in 2001 by Chairman Marlon Abela to create a portfolio of internationally-renowned iconic destination restaurants.

This ethos and Abela’s keen eye for hospitality, style, and wine has resulted in the creation of the award-winning, unique and luxurious collection of restaurants in London’s Mayfair and the USA.

Based in London, MARC is already an internationally recognized name in the restaurant industry: from New York’s A Voce restaurants, Morello Bistro in Greenwich, CT, and Bistro du Midi in Boston, to the Michelin-starred London restaurants Umu and The Greenhouse, plus its exclusive private dinner members on Berkeley Square in Mayfair.
